General

Our gold pieces are made with real 14k or 10k (yellow, white and rose) gold , not filled
or plated.

10k gold has roughly 41.7% of pure gold; this means it is the lowest in percentage, but
this lower percentage of gold does make it more durable and less prone to bending,
which is a definite perk. 14k has around 58.3% gold and is the most popular choice in
the U.S

You may find 585 and 417 gold markings, which only mean that each piece is 58.5% and
41.7% gold and the rest of it is alloy. In a simpler term the 585 gold is 14 karat or 14K
and the 417 gold is for 10 karat or 10K.

Gold does tarnish and scratch over time. The good news is that with proper care and
cleaning, your gold jewelry can maintain its lustrous shine for years to come. It's
important to store your gold jewelry in a safe and dry place when not wearing it, avoid
exposing it to harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, and regularly clean it with a mild
soap and warm water solution.

We do not have a physical store.

Order and Payment

We work diligently to process and ship your order as soon as possible. For this reason,
order cannot be canceled once placed. Alternatively, you may return unwanted item(s)
per our return policy, or you may refuse package upon arrival to have package return to
our warehouse. Allow a few days for the return to be processed and for credit to be
issued.

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be changed in our system. Please
place a new order for the additional items and return unwanted items per our return
policy.

No greeting card or gift wrapping is available.

All prices include the appropriate taxes for countries/states/provinces where such taxes
are applicable. Taxes will appear on the checkout page.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business day(s), unless otherwise stated. All orders
placed on Saturday, Sunday or on national holiday, will be processed in following
business day.

Shipping and Delivery

It is not always possible to change the delivery address or delivery date once the parcel
is in transit. Please send us an email support@nolters.com if an address change is
possible

international addresses (U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall
Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin
Islands.)

Please track your shipment with the tracking number provided in shipping confirmation
email. If the tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered, please check with your
neighbor. In case you cannot locate your parcel, contact us at support@nolters.com
with your order number and tracking number.

Nolters offers free U.S. standard shipping (3-5 business days) on all orders over.
Expedited or international shipping will be calculated based on destination, weight of
the shipment, size of the shipment and displayed at the checkout.

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California

We ship majority of our products through USPS, but we occasionally ship through UPS,
FedEx, or Main Freight as needed.

Expedited shipping methods are available, such as Next Day Air (1 business day), and
2nd Day Air (2 business days). Business days do not include weekends and there is no
weekend delivery for any shipping method.

Return and Exchange

You may return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund.
The return item(s) must be in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way to
be eligible for a refund. Please send an email to support@nolters.com for a return.

It typically takes us 1-2 business days to inspect and process refund once we receive
your return. Once your return is processed, it will typically take 2-5 business days for the
refund to appear on your bank statement. However, processing times may vary
depending on your bank and their individual policies.

Unfortunately, we do not offer return label. The customer is responsible for the cost of
return shipping.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the
unwanted item, and place a new order.

Our returns policy covers all items, including those on promotion or sale.

Personal details as well as password can be changed in the account page after logging
in.

You can reset your password from the link "Forgot your password?" in login page, or you
can change your password in account page after logging in to your account

For security reasons, Nolters does not save credit card information. The data is
immediately passed on to the company’s partner systems for payment processing. If you
believe that someone has tried to misuse your credit card, please contact your credit
card issuer immediately

Care and Enhancement

Place the jewelry in cool and dry area, such as a jewelry box or a drawer. Allow plenty of
room for each piece of jewelry so that pieces do not touch one another. Storing jewelry
in airtight plastic bags with anti-tarnish strips is a great preventative measure.
